Tidehaven Intermediate Counselor, Christa Saha

Hello!

My name is Christa Bowers Saha and I’m the Counselor at Tidehaven Intermediate. I’m a graduate of Palacios High School, The University of Texas (Hook ‘em Horns!), and received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from University of Houston-Victoria.

I am here to help students. I offer individual counseling for academic and/or personal issues. My door is always open and I encourage students and parents to contact me if my help is needed.

One of our campus goals is to maintain a college-going atmosphere for our students. At periodic times throughout the year, I will be doing career counseling with the students utilizing a program called Kuder. This is an online career assessment and planning program which the students will be able to access at home with a username and password. I encourage you to explore the program with your child. The link to the website is located under “Useful Links.” Also, we will celebrate “College Day” on the 20^th of each month. Staff and students are encouraged to wear their college shirts!
