THS PowerSet group is having a Teddy Bear Drive to benefit the children at Texas Children's Hospital.  A box is located in the front office of the high school and new and used stuffed animals may be donated.  The      PowerSet club will deliver them to Texas Children’s Hospital on February 11, 2015, and while there they will also get a tour of the hospital.  The teddy bears will be given to the children on Valentine’s Day.   Imagine the smiles a teddy bear will bring!   PowerSet is an organization focused on  introducing young women to the Science, Technology,   Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields of study.  

THS PowerSet club is made up of the following group of girls:

Texting While Driving Simulator

On Friday, January 23, 2015, Tidehaven Jr. High was visited by retired Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Gary Pflughaupt (also known as Trooper Gary).
