WHAT'S HAPPENING AROUND TISD
Tidehaven ISD is a consolidated school district in Texas, which encompasses the
communities of Ashby, Blessing, Buckeye, Clemville, El Maton, Markham, and Midfield.
TISD has been in existence since the 1949-1950 school year.
Tidehaven ISD currently has an enrollment of 799 students on four campuses.
Tidehaven High School has an enrollment of 226 students in
grades 9-12; Tidehaven Intermediate School has an
enrollment of 167 students in grades 6-8; Blessing Elementary
has an enrollment of 226 in grades PK-5; and Markham Elementary has an
enrollment of 180 in grades PK-5.

Tidehaven

Tidehaven ISD is striving to meet the goals of the No Child Left Behind Act of

As required by law the Tidehaven Independent School District is

Notice of the Public Meeting to discuss the 2009-2010 proposed budget
and proposed tax rate. Also as required by state law, Tidehaven
Independent School District is posting the
Summary of the 2009-2010 proposed budget and how it compares to the
2008-2009 budget. As of August 24, 2009, the Tidehaven School Board
approved the
2009-2010 budget.
